GuardHome was founded by Managing Director Eric Chorley, with the intention of using his extensive experience of modern electronic systems to improving home and business security systems.  His experience includes more than 32 years in the defence electronics industry, working for major companies such as Racal and Raytheon,  where physical and electronic security are an integral element of the products and day-to-day operations.

During his career Eric has held several executive positions with a particular focus on customer service. He holds a masters degree in ILS Engineering and is also a full member of the Institute of Quality Assurance.
