Clients rely on immediate, expert help with any aspect of their system, with GuardHome’s Ongoing Care service.

Confidence From The Start

Ongoing care starts as soon as the installation and training are complete. GuardHome carefully monitor the clients use of the system over the first couple of weeks to help them through the initial bedding-in period.  This allows the client to build confidence in their use of the system.

Approximately 2 weeks after installation a follow up visit takes place with the client to ensure their confidence in the use of the system and resolve any issues.  On the rare occasions when an issue is identified GuardHome actively use the information to improve their processes.  The issue is formally logged, monitored and tracked by the Managing Director.

Help Always At Hand

Help is aways at hand with GuardHome's 24/7 telephone support.

Calls always go direct to an expert engineer who fully understands the system, and can explain things clearly and simply. Guardhome clients are never “held in a queue”, and never left struggling to understand under-trained, unhelpful “Helpdesk” staff.

Company Culture

Customer Care is a key part of the GuardHome company culture, and is the responsibility of every team member. All team members are carefully selected  for their ability to work well with clients as well as their technical knowledge.  They are fully trained on GuardHome's products and procedures, so that every  team member can help a client who has requested assistance.
