To meet clients expectations of a quick and easy installation, and at the same time guarantee an effective system, GuardHome have refined a standard methodology for installing new systems.

1) Initial Meeting and Survey

GuardHome spend time with the home or business owners to understand their requirements, and make sure they understand what a modern system can do for them. Guardhome then conduct a complete survey of the property, and provide a full written quotation.

2) System Design

GuardHome’s years of experience ensure that the system is robust, reliable, and the best match for the client’s requirements.

3) Installation

Clients are often pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy installation is, as modern wireless systems require very little work on the building. Installation is usually finished in one day, and GuardHome’s staff are always careful to respect the client’s property.

4) Training

When the installation is complete GuardHome ensure that the client fully understands the system and is completely comfortable with its management.

5) Handover

Handover occurs when the client is entirely happy with the new system.  GuardHome supply a full document pack, including the User Manual, Information Handbook, and the formal the NSI Certificate of Compliance.  Included is an Emergency Contact card with GuardHome's details.

6) Ongoing Care

GuardHome are available 24/7 to assist if an alarm occurs, and are always happy to help out with client’s questions. Please see the details on the Ongoing Care page
